1. Final and Non-Refundable

  • No Refunds on Pre-Orders: Once a pre-order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. By purchasing a pre-order item, you commit to the production and reservation of that item.

2. Pricing and Valuation Disclaimer

  • Launch Pricing May Vary: The final retail price of the product at its official public launch may be more expensive than the initial pre-order value due to manufacturing, material, or logistical adjustments.

  • Locked Value: Your pre-order purchase locks in your specific payment amount, protecting you from paying the full retail premium later.

3. The Coupon Redemption System

To ensure a smooth delivery and checkout experience upon product launch, we utilize a store-credit coupon model:

  • Coupon Issuance: After completing your pre-order, you will be issued a custom digital coupon code via email.

  • Value Match: The coupon will hold the exact same rate and monetary value as your pre-order payment amount.

  • Redemption: Upon the official launch and availability of the product on our website, you will use this coupon at checkout to redeem your reserved item. If the final launch price is higher than your coupon value, the coupon will deduct your full pre-order amount from the final total.
