A hip exoskeleton
that works with you.
Dual-purpose AI-powered hip exoskeleton for seniors, stroke survivors, and Parkinson’s patients. Powered assist for daily life. Resistance training for rehabilitation. One device. 2.3 kg.
36 Nm Dual-Motor
6 Intelligent Modes
10 km Battery
100+ Training Schemes
The hip is the engine of gait.
Weakness in hip flexion and extension leads to compensatory movements, fatigue, and fall risk. Most mobility aids treat the symptoms. GoGo-H powers the engine directly.
Targets the root cause
Two precision joint motors deliver torque directly at each hip — timed to gait phase. Not a brace, not a cane. Active power where it’s needed most.
+40% flat, +50% on inclines
Adds up to 40% propulsive assist on flat ground and 50% on uphill terrain and stairs — measurably reducing metabolic cost per step.
AI reads your gait automatically
Closed-loop IMU sensors and an onboard AI detect walking, climbing, hiking, and cycling in real-time. Switches profiles mid-stride — no buttons required.
Clinical-grade engineering
Built by RoboCT — makers of the UGO hospital rehabilitation robot and KidGo paediatric gait trainer. GoGo-H is their direct consumer engineering descendant.
What you’re actually wearing.
Total weight incl. battery: 2.7 kg | excl. battery: 2.3 kg
Every component is engineered around one goal: maximum output at minimum weight. The frame is aerospace aluminum alloy. Structural bars are carbon fiber. Motors sit flush at each hip joint.
Every number. Verified from source.
All figures extracted directly from RoboCT’s official GoGo-H parameter documentation and product brochure.
Frame: Aerospace-grade aluminum alloy — same structural class used in aircraft components.
Structural bars: Carbon fiber composite — approximately 5× stronger than steel at 20% of the weight. Together: a complete hip exoskeleton at 2.3 kg.
Mobility partner. Gym on your hip.
Switch purpose with one button. Powered assist for daily life. Calibrated resistance for strength training and rehabilitation.
Assist Mode
The Mobility Partner
- Motors push the leg forward through each swing phase — reducing muscular effort by up to 40% on flat ground.
- Reduces metabolic cost — users walk farther on the same energy. Up to +50% assist on stairs and inclines.
- AI auto-recognition detects walking, running, hiking, and cycling — no mode-switching by the user.
- Adjustable assistance level — from light daily support to maximum 36 Nm dual-motor torque.
Resistance Mode
The Gym on Your Hip
- 5 calibrated resistance levels push back against hip motion — turning every step into a strengthening exercise for glutes, quads, and hip flexors.
- Supports clinical exercises: squats, high-knee marching, hip hinges, bilateral stepping, swing clearance drills.
- Target intensity: RPE 11–13. Protocol: 8–12 reps per set. Built-in pre-session safety screening.
- Covers three training goals: Strength, Control, and Hypertrophy — all within the 100+ action library.
The right setting for every moment.
From a first sit-to-stand attempt after stroke, to navigating a market, to a mountain trail — GoGo-H has a precisely calibrated mode for each scenario.
Walk Mode
Assists leg lifting for farther, steadier walking on flat ground. Corrects shuffling cadence by providing a timely hip flexion boost at each step initiation. Ideal for community navigation, supermarkets, parks, and family outings.
Best for: Seniors · Post-stroke daily life · General fatigue
Stand & Sit Mode
Powered support during sit-to-stand and stand-to-sit transitions. Designed for patients with Grade 3–4 lower-limb muscle strength who cannot perform this transition independently. Reduces fall risk at the moment of highest vulnerability.
Best for: Early recovery · Sarcopenia · Frailty
Incline Mode
Torque profile adjusted for uphill walking and stair negotiation. Adds up to 50% additional assistance over flat-ground baseline. Automatically engages when sensors detect sustained positive grade or stair step pattern.
Best for: Outdoor terrain · Multi-storey homes · Active seniors
Decline Mode
Controlled eccentric assistance for downhill walking and stair descent. Manages forward momentum and brakes the hip to protect the knee on each loaded landing. Beneficial for users with knee osteoarthritis.
Best for: Stair descent · Knee protection · Outdoor terrain
Cadence Mode
Rhythmic, continuous assistance synchronized with the natural gait cycle. Calibrated for Parkinson’s gait: overcomes start-hesitation and freezing-of-gait (FOG), regulates step length, increases overall cadence. Settings: rhythmic cues, gait-synced pulses.
Best for: Parkinson’s disease · Shuffling gait · FOG episodes
Swing Assist Mode
For stroke patients with hemiplegia at Brunnstrom Stage IV–V. Improves hip flexion angle during swing phase, enhances neuromuscular recruitment, optimises gait symmetry, and reduces circumduction. Settings: Level 2–3 on affected side, Low on healthy side.
Best for: Stroke / Hemiplegia · Brunnstrom IV–V · Asymmetrical gait
From diagnosis to daily living.
Three clinically-defined user pathways, each with a verified mode prescription, specific settings, and a measurable rehabilitation objective.
The Stroke Survivor
Profile · Hemiplegia / Neuro-Recovery
Presents with
Foot drop, circumduction during swing phase, asymmetrical step length, post-stroke hip flexor weakness on the affected side.
The Mobility-Impaired Senior
Profile · Frailty / Sarcopenia
Presents with
Generalised muscle weakness (Grade 3–4), difficulty rising from chairs, fear of falling, reduced walking endurance and community participation.
The Motor Control User
Profile · Parkinson’s Disease
Presents with
Start-hesitation, freezing of gait (FOG), short shuffling steps, difficulty turning and initiating movement from standing.
One device across the entire recovery arc.
GoGo-H travels with the user from first post-acute rehabilitation through to fully independent daily living. Modes change — the device stays the same.
Early Recovery
Stand & Sit Mode
Lower limb strength Grade 3–4. Cannot perform sit-to-stand independently. Supervised sit-to-stand training in progress.
Mid-Stage Recovery
Cadence Mode
Walking training progressing. Short distances possible but gait abnormalities present: insufficient hip flexion, shuffling steps, poor endurance.
Community Preparation
Swing Assist + Walk Mode
Independent indoors. Navigating outdoor environments — uneven terrain, streets, stairs — remains challenging. Community integration underway.
Daily Life
Walk + Incline + Decline
Independent living achieved. GoGo-H maintains endurance and protects joints during daily community activity.
100+ training schemes, three categories.
The companion app delivers a structured exercise library. Each action includes step-by-step diagrams, reps, sets, intensity targets, and safety screening.
Resistance Mode Actions

Beyond a walker. Better than a clinic session.
How GoGo-H compares against passive walking aids and fixed-installation clinical rehabilitation robots.
From the clinic to the community.
Tested in hospitals, on mountain trails, in neighbourhood markets, and on waterfront promenades. GoGo-H travels wherever you do.

Built on clinical foundations.
RoboCT is not a consumer electronics company that entered healthcare. We are a medical robotics company — founded on the belief that hospital-grade rehabilitation engineering belongs in the hands of everyone who needs it.
Our UGO lower-limb rehabilitation robot and KidGo paediatric gait trainer have helped thousands of patients walk again in clinical settings across Asia. GoGo-H is the direct engineering descendant — miniaturised, untethered, and made for life outside the clinic.
Every motor torque curve, sensor fusion algorithm, and safety interlock was verified against clinical-grade benchmarks before becoming a consumer product.
